We’re Aunt Jayne's Groom Room, and we’re a pet groomer here in Wall, PA. We have 30 years of experience as a veterinary technician, so we know the correct way to groom medically versus only styling, & we're able to offer special needs grooming, aggressive animal grooming, sedated grooms, any specific service due to a medical condition, & much more. We started this business because we had the background to offer exceptional grooming services. We’re looking forward to partnering with Plum, Monroeville, Penn Hills, & Murrysville consumers to continue to offer a premier grooming experience. Our Story

We’re Aunt Jayne's Groom Room a premier pet groomer in the Wall, PA area since 2021! Our owner and founder, Jayne Koss, started this business because she had the background to offer exceptional grooming services and wanted to share it with the local community. She is very passionate about helping animals, which is what drives her and her business to keep growing. They're looking forward to partnering with Plum, Penn Hills, and Murrysville consumers to continue to offer a premier grooming experience! We’re extremely passionate about providing high quality services for animals in the area and treat each and every pet as if it were their own!

Jayne has obtained various skills over 20 years of on the job experience. She’s well educated with enriched knowledge of small animal Hematology, IM and IV injections, fluid administration, physical exams, animal nutrition, kennel management, sterilization techniques, surgical nursing, and dispensing medications. She has experience in small animal veterinary hospital management including receptionist duties, maintaining supplies, hospital equipment maintenance, and hospital cleanliness.

At Aunt Jayne's Groom Room, our customers will find that we treat each and every animal as if it were our own pet. We strive to provide the highest level of care and we want our customers to know that they are heard and seen. Our staff enjoys engaging with clients and educating them on the best care for their beloved pets.

We specialize in full grooming services, treatments, cremation, tech appointments, medications, and much, much more! We can service to any type of pet from cats and dogs to rabbits. We welcome special needs and handicapped animals into our care too. We have worked hard to be able to accommodate to any of our customers wants, needs and preferences here at Aunt Jayne's Groom Room. We want to ensure our customers leave with a great experience and high quality results!
